Dongshan Guandi Temple(Tongshan Guandi Temple):Founded in the 20th year of the Hongwu reign of the Ming Dynasty(1387),it is one of the four major Guandi temples in China and the ancestral temple for nearly a thousand Guandi temples in Taiwan.The temple integrates traditional crafts such as porcelain carving,stone carving,and gilded wood carving,and is hailed as a"Museum of Southern Fujian Architectural Art."The annual Guandi Cultural Tourism Festival,held on the 13th day of the fifth lunar month,attracts tens of thousands of Taiwanese compatriots to cross the sea to pay homage to their ancestor.
