Are photography and burning incense allowed in temples such as Yonghegong?

At Yonghegong, burning incense is allowed in designated outdoor areas (self-brought incense is prohibited; free incense is provided), but photography is forbidden inside the halls (shooting is permitted in non-cultural relic areas outside halls, with no flash allowed). Modest attire is required (no shorts or sleeveless clothing). Do not step on thresholds when entering, follow the principle of "not disturbing religious activities," and remain quiet while burning incense at the censers.
